1. Make sure all recruits are atleast 14 years of age (exceptions can be made by generals).
2. Be positive all recruits are active (online atleast 3 times a week) and can attend meetings.
3. Have the recruit visit the website and read the guidelines and go over the ranking structure to have them understand what B.O.G is about.
4. Appoint the recruit towards a higher rank (captain-general) and have them aprove their membership.
5. If approved have them register on the website (have them put their gamertag as their username).
6. Have the recruit set upt thier bio and motto in the correct format.
MOTTO: BOG (botallion name) PVT
BIO: RCT (Recruiter) (date they were recruited) (company)
EX: RCT BOG Tylering it 7/27/12 ALPHA COMPANY
7. Have the recruit add the web address to their bio (anywhere) bog360.forumotion.com
8. Make sure all recruits are responsible, these are people that are going to represent our clan.
