Ranking Structure

Private (PVT): The lowest rank within B.O.G.
Responsibilities: Only true responsibility is to stay active, communicate with members and enjoy the clan.
Promotion: A member who attended a meeting.

Corporal (CPL): A member who attended a meeting and begins showing comittment to B.O.G.
Responsibilities: Member is required to attend company meetings and know the ranking structure through colonel.
Promotion: Show a higher level of commitment/responsibility and recruits 1 person.

Sergeant (SGT): A member who shows a higher level of commitment and responsibility and recruited 1 person. Member understands the recruiting process.
Responsibilities: Member is required to attend company meetings. Member is capable of assisting both coporals and privates with recruiting, the ranking structure and clan issues.
Promotion: Member not only is responsible but begins to develop leadership skills and recruits 2 people.

Staff Sergeant (SSG): A member who is well committed to B.O.G and developed leadership skills, as well as recruited 2 people. Member is well versed on the recruiting process.
Responsibilities: Member is required to attend company meetings. Member will assist sergeants, corporals and privates with recruiting, the ranking structure and clan issues. Member will report to Master sergeants.
Promotion: Show a higher level of leadership and responsibility and recruit 3 people.

Master Sergeant (MSG): A member that is committed to B.O.G. Member is responsible and shows there capable of being a leader as well as they recruited 3 people. Member is well versed on the recruiting process. (only 3 per company)
Responsibilities: Member attends company meetings and assist all staff sergeants, staff sergeants, sergeants, coporals, and privates with recruiting and make sure they are well trained in the recruiting process.
Promotion: Show you have developed a strong leadership role and is loyal to B.O.G.

Lieutenant (LT): A member who's leadership has developed strongly and is loyal to B.O.G.(only 2 per company)
Responsibilities: Member attends company meetings (unless there filling in for the captain and will attend botallion meeting). Member watches over the 3 Master sergeants. Member will assist the captain with any company issues and will fullfill in for the captain as needed.
Promotion: Shows leadership that is outstanding and is capable of running a company of 20. Member is 100% loyal.

Captain (CPT): A member who runs a entire company and shows outstanding leadership skills that is also 100% loyal to B.O.G. (1 per company)
Responsibilites: Member must host their company meeting once a week while sending out a message on the company tag atleast once a week. Member must organize company battles and repot to the colonel. Member handles all company issues.
Promotion: Continue showing leadership, loyalty, and responsibility.

Major (MAJ): A member who has progressed their leadership skills and is responsible enough to carry all the botallion tags (to earn this position you must have "BOG" in front of your gamer tag)
Responsibilities: Member will assist anyone with a new recruit by placing them in the right company. Member will assist captains in organizing company battles.
Promotion:Continue showing leadership, loyalty, and responsibility.

Lieutenant colonel (LTC): A member who has progressed their leadership skills to another level and is responsible enough to carry all the botallion tags. Member is also responsible for the botallion security.
Responsibilities: Member must know all aspects of botallion security and manage all the botallion tags. Member will fill in for the colonel as needed.
Promotion: Continue showing leadership, loyalty, and responsibiliy.

Colonel (COL): The highest rank one can reach in a botallion.
Responsibilities: Member must be active almost everyday. Member must display a strong executive leadership role for his/her botallion and must conduct all botallion operations. Member must conduct 1 botallion meeting a week and send out a message on the botallion tag everyday. Member is allowed to promote member within his/her botallion:
Promotion: continue showing leadership, loyalty, and responsibility.
